The DIY Press Release is included with your premium membership. As a premium member, you can submit a self-written press release for approval once a month. If your press release is approved, we will publish it on our website and send an email blast to our industry contacts. No report is provided.

I canceled my subscription before the end of my trial period, but I was still charged.

Our billing system is automated to charge your credit card each billing cycle for your membership fee starting at the end of the trial period from the date you signed up. If you cancel before that time, your card is not billed. If not, your card will be automatically billed. You will have full access to all the premium membership services until the end of the billing cycle.

I can't access the courses

How long does it take to build my website?

Your website is built in 3 stages:

Main website: Once we have all the information we need, it usually takes about 5 business days to build your main website.
PayPal setup: This is something that needs to be done on your end, so that you can accept payments on your website. We’ll send you an email along with instructions on how to get this set up. It usually takes no more than 1 hour for most people to get this done.
Printful integration: After your website is built, we’ll create your Printful account, create products templates and add them to your store. This can take up to 10 business days.

If you already have a website that you’re happy with, we recommend that you go through the Music Selling Machine course. Follow the DIY guides to add a marketing funnel and newsletter opt-in on your existing website. If you’re not happy with your current website, let our team build one for you. You can submit the request here. After we complete the initial build, you can purchase a custom development package to transfer over content from your old website. If you’re using WordPress, we’ll import the content using the built-in WordPress import tool free of charge.

In the past, we built a Fan Tripwire Upsell page in addition to the Music Membership Upsell page. However we found many artists got stuck at this step because there were just too many decisions needed. Because our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible, we decided to remove the step in our Done-For-You Marketing Funnel setup. If you want to include this step in your funnel, just let us know and we will help you get it set up. FYI: In our own funnels after a lot of testing, we found that if you give enough value in the tripwire upsell – you could charge a higher price without decreasing conversions. This is another reason why we decided to leave out the Tripwire step. Fan Newsletter Autoresponders and lists
- Fan Newsletter 1: Fans who subscribe to this newsletter from your website will be sent a free music download. They will receive 3 follow up emails promoting your Music Membership product.
- Fan Newsletter 2: Fans who purchase something from your store will be automatically subscribed to this list. They will receive 3 follow up emails promoting your Music Membership product.
- Fan Newsletter 3: Fans who purchase your Music Membership product will be automatically subscribed to this list. They will receive 1 Thank You email.

Automation

If a fan, who is already subscribed to one of your newsletters, makes a purchase on your website, they will automatically be moved to the correct list (depending on what they buy).
The opt-in form is integrated on your website. It appears at the bottom of your pages and on your Fan Magnet page.
When creating new products, you have the option to select which newsletter (if any) to add the customer to after a successful purchase.
